"Disregarding the Shame, Reaching out for Joy"

A Retreat for Survivors of Sexual Abuse and other forms of Abuse

The Healing Ministry of the Oratory of the Little Way
We listen, love, and pray for all those who come
seeking the healing ministry of Jesus Christ.
-- The Oratory Mission Statement

"Disregarding the Shame” is a healing retreat for survivors of sexual, physical and emotional abuse. It is a retreat that relies on the Holy Spirit and prayer.

Those who attend are helped to look toward Christ, trusting that His power to heal and forgive is more real than their pain.

We create a safe, loving, and hopeful atmosphere where participants can identify with Christ the Healer, who was persecuted as they were persecuted, betrayed, and wounded.

The co-authors and presenters of this retreat have been truly privileged to witness our Lord ministering dramatic healing breakthroughs in lives of over 200 victims who’ve attended this retreat since 2003.
